Norway Øivind is the founder of M4 and part of the M4 Europe leadership team and the leader of M4 in Norway.
He is a pastor and church planter with the Evangelical Lutheran Free Church of Norway. He is the board leader of the national network for church planting SENDT Norway. Out of Norway's context he leads the development of M4 training for church planters and their teams. He is also the founder and owner of Xpand Norway and Persolog Norway. Øivind’s call in life is to bring young people, generations, leaders, churches, denominations and nations side-by-side to increase the expansion of the Kingdom (Nehemiah 3:1f) and to train people who can train others in a life of grace and truth (2 Timothy 2:2). Øivind is married to Linda and together they have four children.
Czech Republic Jiří Unger is the General Secretary of the Czech Evangelical Alliance. He has been leading M4 in The Czech Republic since 2012.
M4 in The Czech Republic has provided trainings for 29 church planting teams from the Czech Republic and Slovakia. For many years, Jiří has also served as the President of the European Evangelical Alliance and has been a member of the European Leadership Forum Steering Committee. He is elder in a Free Evangelical Church in Prague 13. He and his wife Michaela have 4 sons.
Romania Theo is the national leader for Romania and also part of the M4 Europe leadership team.
Theo is a church planter as well as a consultant and coach, both in the church world and in the corporate world. He is the founder and CEO of Advance OÜ, a coaching and consulting company, and he is also a consultant with Strametz & Associates LLC, an HR-consulting and leadership-development company in Germany. He is part of the leadership board of the M4 church planting organization, assisting leaders in implementing M4 in new nations. Theo is the husband of the most wonderful Merle, the father of Samuel, and the son of Petre - the second most influential person in his life and a follower of Jesus Christ.
Estonia Craig is the national leader for Estonia and the administrator for M4 Europe.
Craig is a pastor and church planter in Estonia. He is the administrator for M4 Europe. Craig is also part of the M4 Estonia leadership team. Craig’s passion is to see people grow in their faith and reach their full potential in the kingdom of God. Craig is married to Reena and together they have 4 children.
Finland Has been married to Jana for married for 23 years and together they have three children.

He is the Senior Pastor and co-founder of Espoo Church in Finland, the leader of the National Church Planting Process in Finland, Leader for M4 Finland, M4 Europe Leadership Team, Chairman for Alpha Finland, and Teaching position at Finnish Theological Seminary: Church Planting, Church renewal and future of the church.
Romania Filip has been a member of Missio Dei church since 2011.
Filip has been a member of Missio Dei church since 2011. He studied Theology and Counseling and is passionate about shepherding people and guiding them towards the healing power of the Gospel of Jesus. He is newly married and in his spare time he enjoys hiking and recently has picked up bee-keeping.

M4 is built around the ABC's of church planting: Assessment, Basic Training and Coaching. We have created an online & interview system for assessment that helps leaders find the right church planting candidates. Our basic training allows for, not just for content, but a unique environment for planters and their teams to guide them during the first 2-3 years of their church plant. Coaching, conducted by experienced planters and leaders, helps teams take their plans from a dream to reality. The content in the training platform has been developed from 30 years of church planting experience in the European context, and is formed around these four topics: Master; Mission; Multiplication and Movement.

Many church plants have ended up as small, introverted groups that no longer reach out to the lost. Church planting is about planting the Good News in a geographic area, culture, and/or ethnic group, with the goal of reaching unreached people with the Gospel, and also to impact the society around them.

If new people do not grow in obedience to Jesus Christ, the church will not grow and will be the same group that started the church just 3-5 years ago.

He wants to see His life and influence impact and multiply in His world. We believe this can happen in Europe and we pray that a movement of multiplying church planting will happen again. All teams that are part of M4 are challenged to plan and prepare so that what they are planting now can be multiplied in 3-5 years. This would then lead us from simple addition of churches to a multiplying movement.
