Housing

  1. Free accommodation with families from Hånes Free Church
  2. Ansgar Summer Hotel (5-10 minutes walking distance from conference the conference location. The prices are 70 € for Single room and €100 € for shared room per night). Payment will be made upon arrival at the hotel (All rooms have been reserved, no longer available)
  3. Hotel-we will make the reservation for you and you will pay on site. Cost: €120 prox per night  Scandic Sørlandet is the hotel. From the hotel you can take buss to the conference locality (3 times pr. hours) or have a rental car.  More information on this will be coming closer to the event.

Arrival & Departure
Please arrive any time on Wednesday, June 8.  We will have dinner at 18:00 and social time.

Please depart any time on Saturday, June 11.  Morning is preferable.

M4 Europe Board members, please plan to depart on Monday, June 13.

As of March 23, 2022, entry into Norway is the same as it was prior to the COVID pandemic.  However, if you are transferring through another country on your way to Kristiansand, you will need to verify the rules for that country as well.
