Nelutu is passionate about missions, church planting, and expository preaching. He is married to Maria and they have three children: Emma, Filip, and Mathias. He was a business man for more than 15 years, but in 2020 started the switch from part time ministry to full ministry.

Nelutu grew up in the west part of Romania and moved to Bucharest in 2007 to be equipped for pastoral ministry. He was a worship pastor and a youth pastor for more than ten years, and is now involved in Eastern Europe helping different local churches have a kingdom mentality and fulfil the Great Commission.

Currently, he is the senior pastor of Holy Trinity Baptist Church in Bucharest, the visionary leader of M4 Romania and the Regional Leader for M4 East Europe.
